The Insurance Committees of the State of Tennessee instructed the State Benefits Administration Office to verify the eligibility of spouses and other dependents enrolled in the group insurance program. Secova, an HR and Benefits management services company, will actually be conducting the audit and will distribute the documentation requirements in middle of July. You must provide acceptable documentation back to Secova by September 4, 2009 to keep your eligible dependents on your coverage. Please see this letter for more information.
